Construction

Barbara Nyke Interiors & Design has a project team of contractors and numerous tradespeople to provide any service required for your project. We provide custom millwork and renovations from a simple vanity cabinet to complete home remodelling including: kitchen, bathrooms, basements and additions. We also work with teams for complete home builds.

Alongside our interior decorating and backyard decorating services, many of our projects include renovations. We occasionally work with contractors outside Barbara Nyke Interiors & Design if our clients have existing relationships with others. Architectural drawings, including all mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings are created and permits are obtained, as necessary.

Structural engineering drawings indicating plans to redesign kitchen layout and wall removal; requiring additional structural joist beams installed.

Management

In addition to our interior decorating and/or interior design services, we also provide these services:

  • Administration: scheduling, liaising w/ project partners, invoicing, etc..

  • Budgeting & Estimating

  • Coordination and installation

  • Project Implementation

  • Problem Solving

  • Procurement
