• It serves as a roadmap, or an overall plan used as a starting point for homeowners and/or builders to have a visual understanding of the basic layout of a space, for example, a main floor, a bedroom, family room, or a basement.
  
  Although with this concept-only service we don’t source specific products and finishes, our comprehensive design concepts give you a clear, visual possible plan of action for your space. These plans are invaluable tools in helping to see what works for your space, makes the implementation process smooth and straight forward, while ensuring the you avoid making costly mistakes.
  
  Clients best suited for this service are those who:

• Can’t see the potential, or visualize a new space

• Don’t understand the possibilities and what to consider for thoughtful design

• Need a plan with ideas with approximate measurements for the
  general contractor (GC) or builder

• Are not necessarily able/willing to invest in a designer for the entire project
