RENDERINGS PACKAGE, a sample

You have a general idea for your project…but unsure of how to move forward.
I help my clients achieve their design solution with conversations about their
functional requirements - how do they need the space to work for them? what are
the key criteria?, etc… Then, we discuss what style they want.
Creating a package of drawings, mood boards and 3D renderings conveys
realistic potential outcomes, and gives the flexibility to change out ideas and
before committing to a final, approved design.

I have a process to guide my clients to a design result that speaks to their
requirements and preferences, not mine. I also work alongside the project partners:
the architect, the structural engineer, the contractor and the trades to ensure the
client-approved design is implemented accordingly.
