DESIGN PACKAGES

Design Consultation-Working Session
All projects typically begin with an onsite 2-hour consultation. The goal is to learn about how your home needs to work for you, what’s working well and what isn’t, to hear about your project scope, the functional requirements, your wish list and other considerations. I provide design recommendations on what will work and what won’t, and we discuss general project costs and timelines. Fee: starts from $700.00 + tax.

At the end of the consultation we can review which of the following design packages is the most suitable for you:

Our Full-Service Luxury Interior Design is our most popular service. This is perfect for you if getting professional design recommendations, saving time and feeling confident with a well thought-out plan is important to you.  We take care of everything when curating a custom design for you. Consider that for the duration of your project, we are married to you! I manage everything - from soup to nuts!
From designing room layouts, to selecting the best products for your needs, to procurement, liaising with trades and vendors, we oversee and manage your project from start to finish, so you don't
have to worry about a thing. You’ll feel confident knowing you’ll get the look you desire and that every detail is taken care of for you. A custom design package is perfect for project scopes that require between 50 - 100 hrs + of design and project management involvement.

Designer By Your Side Package
A convenient design service for clients looking for professional guidance without the long-term commitment.
This service has a time block of 25 hours and is meant for clients on an “as and when you need me” basis and
is more client-driven.  A lot can be accomplish within this package, but it does not guarantee that I can
complete everything in your project scope. Additional design time might still be required.

Designer For A Day Package
We offer both a eight-hour, and a 15-hour packages of design service. Either is ideal for homeowners who only need a minimal amount of professional interior design &/or interior decorating guidance. I can help you avoid making costly mistakes by analyzing your functional requirements and/or style preferences and providing you with guidance.
These packages are ideal to get your project underway with confidence knowing you're
"Designing Right the First Time."

The following services for either of the above packages could include a few of these services, but not all, due to the limited package time:
• In person meetings & communicating with trades
• Floor plans and layout ideas, computer drafted
• Guidance for kitchen, bath, laundry room or mudroom designs, etc..
• Selection of Lighting Fixtures
• Sourcing of items and selection of finishes & furnishings
• Selecting paint colours • Etc..
